$54 pays for your tube, life vest, cooler tube, and bus transportation to Front Royal and back to Pentagon City. This option is highly recommended.

If you do not want to take the bus, select the No-Bus option and you will only be charged $26, which covers just the tube, life vest, and cooler tube.

We will be meeting at 9:00am in Arlington (Pentagon City):

Denison Parking Lot
850 Army Navy Drive,
Arlington, VA

(Note: This is the large parking lot across the street from Macy’s. Parking is free on Saturday.) Please get there as close to 9:00am as possible, so we have time to organize and get on the bus. The bus will depart at 9:30am.

VERY IMPORTANT: Coolers are allowed on the river, but not styrofoam or glass containers, and no flip-flops (shoes must have at least a strap). Alcohol is allowed on the trip. However, consumption must be done while floating the river. For more info see: https://www.frontroyalcanoe.com/tripinformation/whattobring

You will be able to leave your belongings on the bus while we’re on the river. The bus driver will ensure that your stuff is secure. To clarify, coolers will not be provided by Front Royal Canoe Company (FRCC). FRCC will provide an inner tube to hold your cooler while floating the river. You will need to bring your own cooler to hold your food and drinks. Styrofoam coolers are not allowed. A medium size cooler is recommended which is about 48 quarts. Anything bigger than that may have issues getting your cooler tube to fit.

Refunds will only be allowed one day before the event or if the trip is postponed.
